本文通过现场检查资料、专家总结和实际经验,分析新标准实施后企业建设现状和新管理体系运行中存在的主要问题,最后提出改进对策,希望能够对煤矿企业提高标准化建设水平起到一些帮助。

Through the on-site inspection data,expert summary and practical experience,this paper analyzes the current situation of enterprise construction and the main problems existing in the operation of the new management system after the implementation of the new standard,and finally puts forward improvement countermeasures,hoping to help coal mining enterprises improve the standardization construction level in the future.
