大学物理分层次在线教学的研究与探索

RESEARCH AND EXPLORATION ON HIERARCHICAL ONLINE TEACHING OF COLLEGE PHYSICS

基于在线教学在信息收集和学生学习行为记录方面的全面性和便捷性特点,对大学物理课程实施了班内分层次教学的研究和探索。主要基于“一中心四原则”的教学理念,根据课前调查问卷,课堂和课后的学习状态和学习行为记录对学生进行分层次教学。“一中心”指以学生为中心,“四原则”指个人定制原则、隐性分层原则、鼓舞激励原则和实时动态原则。首先依据学生的课堂响应和课后作业完成情况将学生分为A、B、C、D四个层次,每一层次学生的学习特点分别为积极主动型、被动响应型、内向自主型和消极怠慢型。然后结合课前对其进行的在线问卷调查结果,以及课中、课外在线学习行为的记录对不同层次学生进行有针对性的指导,从而真正做到“因材施教”,提高班级整体教学效果。

The hierarchical teaching of college physics is researched and explored in a same class,based on the comprehensiveness and convenience of collecting information and recording learning behavior in the process of online teaching.Under the guidance of teaching ideas of“one center and four principles”,the hierarchical teaching is implemented according to preclass questionnaire and the record of learning state and behavior in class and after class.The“one center”refers to student,and the“four principles”refers to principle of personal customization,hidden stratification,encouragement and motivation,and real-time dynamic.Firstly,the students are classified to four hierarchies of A,B,C and D,according to the response during the process of class and the after-class assignments.The study features of students classified in the hierarchy of A,B,C and D are respective positive and active,passive and requested,introverted and independent,negative and inattentive.Then,the customized guidance is implemented for individual student belong to different hierarchies,combined with the online questionnaire and the online record of learning behavior in and out of class.Consequently,the students are indeed treated according to their ability and personality,and so the teaching effect of the whole class can be improved.
