肃南县2019年乡村人居环境质量评价及其影响因素

Environmental Quality Evaluation of Rural Human Settlements in Sunan County in 2019

研究乡村人居环境质量问题,展开乡村人居环境的评价工作,并且提出乡村人居环境的提升策略,为人们理解和认识乡村提供一个新的视角,当前全国大力实行乡村振兴战略,开展乡村人居环境整治的背景下,对乡村人居环境展开研究,可以大幅度的了解肃南县乡村人居环境的具体特征以及其大概的分布特征,因而发现肃南县在乡村人居环境建设中存在的缺陷,存在哪些建设和发展上的矛盾。基于2019年肃南裕固族自治县统计年鉴,构建评价指标体系,分别选取明花乡、马蹄乡、大河乡三个地区作为研究区,运用主成分分析法分别从基础设施、公共服务、住房条件、生态环境、制度文化五个方面对肃南县乡村人居环境质量进行评价并且分析乡村人居环境质量的影响因素。运用泰尔系数分析乡村人居环境质量区域差异和地区内部差异,通过数据分析对已选三个研究区的乡村人居环境质量进行评价和排名,研究结论得出肃南县乡村人居环境质量较好,但是在区域内部还存在较大的差异与不足,并提出若干建议和意见仅供参考。

To study the quality of rural human settlements,to carry out the evaluation of rural human settlements,and to propose strategies for improving rural human settlements to provide a new perspective for people to understand and understand the countryside.The country is currently vigorously implementing rural revitalization strategy,under the background of carrying out the improvement of rural human settlement environment,research on rural human settlement environment can greatly understand the specific characteristics of the rural human settlement environment in Sunan County and its general distribution characteristics.The shortcomings in the construction of the residential environment,and the contradictions in construction and development.Based on the 2019 Statistical Yearbook of Sunan Yugu Autonomous County,an evaluation index system was constructed,and Minghua Township,Mati Township,and Dahe Township were selected as the research areas.Using principal component analysis,we used principal component analysis to analyze infrastructure,public services,and the five aspects of housing conditions,ecological environment and system culture evaluate the quality of rural human settlements in Sunan County and analyze the influencing factors of the quality of rural human settlements.The Theil coefficient was used to analyze the regional and intra-regional differences in the quality of rural human settlements.Through data analysis,the quality of rural human settlements in the three selected study areas was evaluated and ranked.Rural human settlements in Sunan County the environmental quality is good,but there are still big differences and shortcomings within the region,and some suggestions and opinions are only for reference.
