With the change of the social environment,the quality and safety of agricultural products also face more challenges.In practice,only by ensuring the quality of agricultural products,can we improve the problems faced by the food processing industry,improve the quality of food processing from the source,and provide consumers with more safe and assured of food.This paper first analyzes the significance of the quality and safety of agricultural products,put forward the urgency of strengthening the quality and safety of agricultural products,analyzes the current situation of food processing industry,and proposes strategies to improve the quality and safety of agricultural products and food processing safety on this basis.
