摘要
本文以霉菌酵母测试片为基础,探究添加不同浓度的抑制剂对霉菌和酵母菌菌落的影响。实验中抑制剂的添加量为1μL/L、2μL/L、3μL/L。实验结果表明,当浓度在2μL/L时,抑制剂能够有效抑制霉菌菌丝的蔓延,提高霉菌的计数范围,且不影响霉菌和酵母菌菌落的生长率。同时使用霉菌酵母菌测试片对6种食品样品加标检测,结果表明添加2μL/L抑制剂的测试片的霉菌菌落边缘清晰,更易计数,因此,优化后的霉酵测试片能够满足样品中的霉菌酵母计数的快速检测需求。
The effects of different concentrations of inhibitor on mold and yeast colonies were studied on the Mold&Yeast count plate.The amount of inhibitor was 1μL/L,2μL/L,3μL/L.The results showed when the concentration is 2μL/L,the inhibitor can effectively inhibit the spread of mold hyphae,increase the count range of mold,does not affect the growth rate.At the same time,6 food samples inoculated strains were tested on the count plate.The results showed the mold colonies of the count plate with 2μL/L inhibitor was clear and easier to count.Therefore,the optimized Mold&Yeast count plate can meet the need for rapid detection in the samples.
