摘要
以广西浦北县不同厂家近3年生产的86个柑普茶作为研究对象,根据相关标准的要求对其理化指标和微生物指标进行检测分析。结果显示,重金属、农药残留量及微生物均符合标准限量要求,表明该地区在客观的自然环境条件上,适宜生产柑普茶,在茶工艺生产过程中,也能够规范用药,保证产品质量安全。为了提高产品质量,当地企业、政府和相关标准制定部门可针对存在产品质量安全风险的指标采取相应措施,使产品更加绿色、健康。
Taking 86 peel pu’er tea produced by different manufacturers in Pubei County,Guangxi in recent three years as the research object,the physical and chemical indexes and microbial indexes were detected and analyzed according to the requirements of relevant standards.The results showed that heavy metals,pesticide residues and microorganisms all met the standard limit requirements,which indicated that the region was suitable for the production of peel pu’er tea in the objective natural environment conditions.In the process of tea production,it can also standardize drug use to ensure product quality and safety.In order to improve product quality,local enterprises,governments and relevant standards-setting departments can take corresponding measures against indicators with product quality and safety risks to make products greener and healthier.
