With the development of science and technology,there are more and more kinds of substances such as food additives.Food safety has attracted more and more attention.Instrumental analysis is a widely used test method with high sensitivity and accuracy.Starting from the related concepts and applications of instrumental analysis and food inspection technology,this paper analyzes the characteristics of food inspection,and explores the quality control strategies of applying instrumental analysis in the process of food inspection.
