四川省泡菜产业专利发展现状及分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了解四川省泡菜产业的专利申请情况,分析四川省泡菜行业专利产权发展现状,本文利用国家知识产权局专利部门数据库,对四川省泡菜产业发明专利、实用新型专利、外观设计数据情况进行分类统计,并依据专利量及其区域特点、专利量法律状态特点,对四川省泡菜行业专利产权现状分析。结果表明,四川省省泡菜企业国外专利申请少,专利申请数量低于全国平均水平,同时专利以集中在少数企业、高校,分散度交差,目前拥有自主知识产权的品种较少、质量一般,知识产权运用和管理能力不高。 In order to understand the patent application situation of kimchi industry in Sichuan Province,and to analyze the current situation of patent property right development of kimchi industry in Sichuan Province.By using the patent department database of the State intellectual property Office,this paper makes classified statistics on the data of invention patents,utility model patents and designs of kimchi industry in Sichuan Province,and analyzes the current situation of patent property rights of kimchi industry in Sichuan Province according to the characteristics of patent quantity,regional characteristics and legal status of patent quantity.The results show that the foreign patent applications of kimchi enterprises in our province are very few,and the number of patent applications in our province is also lower than the national average level.At the same time,patents in our province are concentrated in a small number of enterprises and universities,with poor dispersion.At present,Sichuan Province has few varieties of independent intellectual property rights,the quality is general,and the ability to use and manage intellectual property rights is not high.
