奥拉西坦联合尼莫地平对血管性痴呆患者临床疗效及生存质量的影响

Effect of Oxiracetam Combined with Nimodipine on Clinical Efficacy and Quality of Life in Patients with Vascular Dementia

目的研究奥拉西坦联合尼莫地平对血管性痴呆患者临床疗效及生存质量的影响。方法选取鞍钢集团公司总医院2019年5月—2020年5月收治的血管性痴呆患者92例,随机分为对照组和观察组各46例。对照组采用尼莫地平治疗,观察组采用奥拉西坦联合尼莫地平治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗前两组患者的MMSE(Mini-Mental State Examination,MMSE)评分与ADL(Activities of Daily Living,ADL)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组MMSE评分和ADL评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对血管性痴呆患者采用奥拉西坦联合尼莫地平综合治疗效果优于单一尼莫地平治疗,可提高治疗总有效率,改善患者预后,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To study the effect of oxiracetam combined with nimodipine on the clinical efficacy and quality of life in patients with vascular dementia.Methods A total of 92 patients with vascular dementia who admitted in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020,were randomly divided into study group and control group,46 patients in each group.The study group adopted oxiracetam combined with nimodipine,and the control group adopted single nimodipine.The therapeutic effects were compared between two groups.Results There were no significant differences in Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)score and Activities of Daily Living(ADL)score before treatment between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in MMSE score and ADL score between two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions showed no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion Oxiracetam combined with nimodipine is better than single nimodipine in patients with vascular dementia,which can increase the overall effective rate and improve the prognosis of patients.It has practical value of clinical popularization.
