米非司酮配伍乳酸依沙吖啶在瘢痕子宫中期引产中的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Mifepristone and Ethacridine Lactate in Second-trimester Induction of Labor in Scarred Uterus

目的探讨米非司酮联合乳酸依沙吖啶在瘢痕子宫中期引产中的疗效。方法选取2015年1月—2020年6月在沈阳市妇婴医院行中期引产的瘢痕子宫患者200例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各100例。观察组行米非司酮联合应用乳酸依沙吖啶引产,对照组行单药乳酸依沙吖啶羊膜腔内注射引产,观察两组的引产效果和相关临床指标。结果观察组发动宫缩时间及产程时间均短于对照组,产时出血量少于对照组,宫颈Bishop评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组引产成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论瘢痕子宫中期引产应用米非司酮配伍乳酸依沙吖啶可缩短引产时间,减少出血,提高引产成功率和瘢痕子宫的引产安全性,值得在临床工作中推广。

Objective To explore the effect of mifepristone combined with ethacridine lactate on second-trimester induction of labor in scared uterus.Methods A total of 200 women with scared uterus undergoing second-trimester induction of labor were collected in Shenyang Maternity and Infant Hospital from January 2015 to June 2020.All patients were randomly divided into observation group(N=100 cases)and control group(N=100 cases).The observation group used mifepristone combined with ethacridine lactate in induction of labor,and the control group adopted intramniotic injection of single ethacridine lactate.The effect of induction of labor and clinical indexes were compared between two groups.Results The time of uterine contraction and labor process in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of blood loss at birth was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Cervix uteri Bishop score in observation was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The success rate of induction of labor in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion The mifepristone combined with ethacridine lactate can shorten the induction time of labor,reduce bleeding,improve the success rate of labor induction,and improve the safety of labor induction of scar uterus,which is worthy of promotion in clinic..
