数字孪生在矿业数字化转型中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 数字孪生日趋成为工业界应用热点,被认为是企业数字化转型快速有效的通用技术。结合大数据、人工智能、物联网、移动互联网、云计算、虚拟现实等新技术,数字孪生的应用空间正在不断地从先进制造业向其他行业扩展。本文介绍了数字孪生及其在矿业数字化转型中的应用,并结合实际案例介绍了数字孪生矿山的创新性应用内容,其中包括矿山三维可视化、数字采矿、矿山测绘云服务、车辆定位调度、生产配矿、边坡监测、环境监测等。数字孪生矿山帮助技术人员和专家为矿山提供更好的远程服务,对采集到的数据进行智能分析,优化矿山运营,保证矿山生产高效、安全地进行。 Digital twin is cropping up increasingly in industrial application hotspots and becoming the enabling technology of digital transformation.Building on big data,artificial intelligence(AI),the Internet of Things(IoT),mobile internet,cloud computing,and virtual reality,digital twin is expanding realms from advanced manufacturing to a diverse array of industries.In this paper,digital twin and its application in mining and digital transformation have been introduced,use cases have been presented to illustrate innovative application contents of digital twins in mining,such as 3D visualization,digital mining,cloud service of mine measurement,fleet tracking and dispatch,production ore blending,monitoring of slope stability and environment,and etc.Digital twin of mining can help technical staffs and consultants provide better remote services and data analytics,and mining operations can become more effective and safer.
