加速康复外科理念在脊柱手术围手术期应用进展

Advances in the perioperative application of ERAS concept in spinal surgery

加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)是丹麦外科医师Kehlet于1997年首次提出的概念,其旨在通过优化围手术期患者管理措施,进而降低患者术后创伤应激,减少并发症,缩短住院时间及费用加速患者康复。近年来,ERAS理念发展迅速,在外科手术中逐渐推广开来。目前ERAS理念在脊柱外科应用尚处于起步阶段,但现有研究已经显示出ERAS在脊柱手术围手术期管理的积极效果,基于此,作者针对ERAS理念目前在脊柱手术围手术期研究及应用进展做一综述,以期能够为临床医生提供参考。

Enhanced Recovery After Surgery(ERAS)is a concept first proposed by Danish surgeon Kehlet in 1997.ERAS aims to reduce postoperative traumatic stress and complications by optimizing perioperative patient management measures,so as to shorten hospital stay and accelerate recovery.ERAS concept has grown rapidly in recent years and is being popularized in surgery.Currently,the application of ERAS concept in spinal surgery is still in its infancy,but existing studies have shown positive effects of ERAS concept in perioperative management of spinal surgery.Based on this,the present research progress and application of ERAS concept in perioperative management of spinal surgery are reviewed in order to provide reference for clinicians.
