摘要
实现技术治理在城市社区的社会化运作需要进一步理解新兴社交与技术治理的关系。事实上,城市社区新兴社交对技术治理的驱动存在着加强人与技术之间相互联系的因果依赖关系,主要表征为社区居民通过各类新兴社交工具强化自身与技术治理制度和实践的联系,以主体化过程驱动着技术治理。一方面,由内容生产和内容分发构成的内容供应以及由关系沉淀和关系转化演绎的关系链接成为城市社区新兴社交驱动技术治理的主要力量;另一方面,当社区居民致力于以新兴社交将虚拟世界与现实世界进行自主衔接时,圈子化内循环和社交共享成为城市社区新兴社交驱动技术治理生成自组织性和形塑"去中心化"的基本支撑。此外,城市社区新兴社交对场景的构筑以及对权利的运用又限定了技术治理的有效运作。
Further examination and understanding of the emerging social interaction is an important theme and practical issue for the socialization of technology governance in urban communities.In fact,the driving force of emerging social interaction in urban communities on technological governance is causal dependence that strengthens the interconnection between people and technology,which is mainly characterized by community residents strengthening their connection with technological governance systems and practices through various emerging social media.This is mainly manifested in the process of subjectivity driving technological governance.On the one hand,content supply composed of content production and content distribution,and relationship links derived from relationship precipitation and relationship transformation have become the main force for the emerging social interaction of urban community to drive the technology governance.On the other hand,when community residents are committed to autonomously connecting the virtual world with the real world through emerging social interactions,circle-based internal circulation and social sharing have become the basis support for the emerging social interaction of urban community to drive the technology governance.In addition,the construction of scenes and the use of rights in urban community of emerging social interaction limited the operation of technological governance.
