摘要
在事故调查的基础上,对某公司煤气化装置水煤浆管线爆炸事故的发生过程、原因进行了剖析,对事故各阶段的关键参数进行了工艺计算,利用爆轰理论得出水煤浆管线爆炸的机理,并从材料力学角度,对爆炸压力进行核算,对爆炸机理予以印证。最后,根据分析结果,从设计角度提出了防止事故重复发生的技术措施,为本质安全设计提供依据。
Based on the accident investigation,the occurrence process and causes of coal water slurry pipeline explosion accident in a coal gasification unit of a company were analyzed,and the key process parameters in each stage of the accident were calculated.The explosion mechanism of effluent coal slurry pipeline was obtained by using detonation theory,from the point of view of material mechanics,the explosion pressure was calculated and the explosion mechanism is confirmed.Finally,according to the analysis results,from the design point of view,the technical measures to prevent the recurrence of accidents were put forward,which provided a basis for intrinsically safe design.
