摘要
以某海上采油平台为例,将危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)与保护层分析(LOPA)、计算流体力学(CFD)分析方法相结合对三相分离器工艺系统进行分析,在HAZOP分析基础上对保护措施进行独立保护层分析,建立平台三维数值模型进一步量化计算保护层的有效性,对不同泄漏部位、方向、速率等的事故场景进行CFD模拟,得出不同布点位置的可燃气探测器响应数据,对保护层的有效性进行定量分析,提高了风险评估结论的准确性。
Taking an offshore oil production platform as an example,the process system of three-phase separator was analyzed by combining hazard and operability analysis(HAZOP)with protective layer analysis(LOPA)and computational fluid dynamics(CFD),and the protective measures were analyzed independently on the basis of HAZOP analysis.A three-dimensional numerical model of the platform was established to further quantify the effectiveness of the protective layer.CFD simulation was carried out for accident scenes with different leakage parts,directions and rates,and the response data of combustible gas detectors at different locations were obtained.Quantitative analysis was carried out on the effectiveness of the protective layer,which improves the accuracy of risk assessment conclusions.
