摘要
驼峰车辆减速器健康状态智能监测系统,主要由室内操作终端、电力载波通信网络、采集器3部分构成,能够在减速器设备端直接监测减速器的工作状态,通过分析采集到的状态信息,及时发出故障报警,指导设备维修,使设备维修方式从传统计划修和故障修转变为状态修,节省维护成本,提高设备运维水平。介绍了该系统的研发背景、功能需求、关键技术和预期效果等。
The intelligent hump retarder health status monitoring system is mainly composed of indoor operation terminal, power carrier communication network and collectors, which can directly monitor the working status of the retarder on the side of the retarder equipment. The operation terminal software can send out fault alarm in time by analyzing the status data collected and give guidance for equipment maintenance, which facilitates the shift from traditional planned repair and corrective repair to on-condition repair, thus saving the cost of maintenance and improving the level of equipment operation and maintenance. The background and necessity of system development,functional requirements, key technologies, and expected results of the system are discussed.
