血管内皮生长因子与妊娠相关疾病关系的研究进展

Research progress on the relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor and pregnancy related-diseases

血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)作为一种糖蛋白,可诱导血管生长,在胎盘形成、着床前胚胎发育、维持正常妊娠方面具有重要作用。近年来,多项研究表明VEGF与妊娠期糖尿病、子痫前期、异位妊娠、稽留流产及胎儿生长受限密切相关,有望成为病理妊娠及妊娠期并发症早期诊断的新型标志物。通过干预其血清学水平来达到改善妊娠结局也成为了新的治疗思路。本文对VEGF与妊娠相关疾病的研究进展进行综述,以期为临床早期发现妊娠相关疾病提供思路。

Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),a glycoprotein,can induce vascular growth,and plays an important role in placenta formation,pre-implantation embryo development and maintenance of normal pregnancy.In recent years,some studies have shown that VEGF is closely associated with gestational diabetes mellitus,preeclampsia,ectopic pregnancy,missed abortion and fetal growth restriction.It is expected to become a new marker for the early diagnosis of pathological pregnancy and pregnancy complications.Interfering with its serological level to improve pregnancy outcome has become a new treatment idea.This article reviews the research progress of VEGF and pregnancy-related diseases,in order to provide ideas for early clinical detection of pregnancy complications.
