Literacy Needs and Training Countermeasures of New Professionals under the Background of Artificial Intelligence

就人工智能背景下新型职业人的素养需求及职业教育的培养对策进行研究。首先对人工智能的内涵进行辨析,界定研究边界。通过分析人工智能对职业教育发展的影响,认为人工智能时代需要熟练掌握专项知识和技能、具备人工智能素养基础、能够进行创造性劳动,且具有较高职业综合素养的新型职业人。高职教育必须加快自身改革,通过纵向变革重新定位职业教育的发展目标,提升人才培养层次,构建多元化的人才培养体系,拓宽人才发展通道。同时,通过横向变革探索“人工智能+X”的专业培养模式,拓宽人才培养方向,建立人工智能适用的教育模式,以适应人才培养需求的变化。

This paper studies the literacy needs of new professionals and the training countermeasures of vocational education under the background of artificial intelligence.Firstly,the connotation of artificial intelligence is analyzed and the research scope is defined.Then it analyzes the impact of artificial intelligence on the development of vocational education.It is believed that the era of artificial intelligence requires new professionals to master special knowledge and skills,have basic artificial intelligence literacy,be able to carry out creative labor,have high comprehensive professional quality.Higher vocational education must speed up its own reform,reposition the development goal of vocational education through vertical reform,upgrade the level of talent training,construct a diversified talent training system,and broaden the channel of talent development.At the same time,through the horizontal reform,it explores the professional training model of“artificial intelligence+X”,broadens the direction of talent training,establishes the applicable education model of artificial intelligence,so as to adapt to the change of talent training.
