An Analysis of Humanistic Care and Mental Health Education:A Case Study of the Impoverished College Students from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

对于大学生来说,良好的心理素质非常关键,不仅使自己在前进的道路上坚持不懈,还可以使自己在遇到挫折时勇往直前。大学生缺乏良好的心理素质会对其学习和职业发展产生不利影响。从积极心理学的角度,提出如何对贫困大学生开展心理健康教育,并提出一定的建议。

For college students,good psychological quality is very important,which can help them go forward when encountering setbacks.The lack of good psychological quality of college students will have a adverse impact on their study and career development.From the perspective of positive psychology,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to carry out mental health education for impoverished college students.
