富血小板纤维蛋白对上颌单颗前牙种植修复的软硬组织的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Platelet-Rich Fibrin on Soft and Hard Tissue of Maxillary Single Anterior Tooth Implant Restoration

摘要 目的评价富血小板纤维蛋白(PRF)对上颌单颗前牙种植修复的软硬组织的影响。方法纳入口腔卫生状况良好、全身系统健康的40例接受上颌单颗前牙种植修复的患者,通过抽签随机分为观察组(20例)和对照组(20例)。观察组在植入种植体后于种植体上放置PRF膜,对照组在种植体植入后接受常规处理。在术中(种植体植入后)、术后1个月和术后3个月对患者进行临床和影像学评估,观察种植体周围硬组织和软组织的变化。结果术后3个月,所有种植体均保持骨结合。术后1个月及术后3个月观察组种植体周围骨水平变化小于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,两组探诊深度和探诊出血情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PRF膜可作为一种对种植体周围软硬组织愈合有潜在益处的生物材料,能够促进种植体周围的骨组织修复,减少骨吸收,可作为上颌前部单牙种植修复的辅助治疗材料。 Objective To evaluate the effect of platelet-rich fibrin(PRF)on the soft and hard tissue of maxillary single anterior tooth implant.Methods A total of 40 patients with good oral hygiene and systemic health who underwent maxillary single anterior tooth implantation were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases).The observation group were placed PRF membrane on the implant after implant implantation,and the control group received routine treatment after implant implantation.During the operation(after implant implantation),1 month and 3 months after operation,the patients were evaluated clinically and imaging,and the changes of hard and soft tissues around the implant were observed.Results All implants remained bony 3 months after operation.At 1 month and 3 months after operation,the changes of bone level around implant in observation group were less than those in control group(P<0.05).Three months after operation,there was no statistical difference in probing depth and bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion PRF membrane can be used as a biomaterial with potential benefits for the healing of hard and soft tissues around implants,promoting the repair of bone tissue around implants and reducing bone resorption,and can be used as an auxiliary therapeutic material for the restoration of single-tooth implants in the anterior maxilla.
