初产妇产后盆底功能障碍羞耻感现状及其影响因素

Status of Shame in Primiparas with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction After Delivery and Its Influencing Factors

目的观察初产妇产后盆底功能障碍(PFD)羞耻感现状,并分析其影响因素。方法选择2019年4月至2021年2月商丘市妇幼保健院收治的121例产后PFD的初产妇作为研究对象。采用中文版社会影响量表评估患者入院时的羞耻感水平,调查并记录患者一般资料,分析初产妇产后PFD羞耻感的影响因素。结果 121例患者中文版社会影响量表评分平均(57.23±3.36)分;有述情障碍、采取屈服/回避应对方式、家庭关怀度低的患者中文版社会影响量表评分高于无述情障碍、采取面对应对方式、家庭关怀度中等/高的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经多元线性回归分析结果显示,存在述情障碍、采取屈服/回避应对方式、家庭关怀度低均为初产妇产后PFD羞耻感强的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论存在述情障碍、采取屈服/回避应对方式、家庭关怀度低均为初产妇产后PFD羞耻感强的影响因素。

Objective To observe the status of shame in primiparas with pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD)after delivery,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 121 primiparas with PFD after delivery treated in Shangqiu Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from April 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The shame level of patients at admission was evaluated by Chinese version of social impact scale.The clinical data of patients were investigated and recorded.The influencing factors of shame in primiparas with PFD after delivery were analyzed.Results The average score of the Chinese version of social impact scale of 121 patients was(57.23±3.36).The scores of Chinese version of social impact scale in patients with alexithymia,submission/avoidance coping style and low family care were higher than those without alexithymia,face coping style and medium/high family care,with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis results showed that alexithymia,submission/avoidance coping style and low family care were the influencing factors of strong sense of shame in primiparas with PFD after delivery(P<0.05).Conclusion Alexithymia,submission/avoidance coping style and low family care are the influencing factors of strong sense of shame in primiparas with PFD after delivery.
