摘要
目的分析妊娠糖尿病(GDM)孕妇发生新生儿低血糖(NH)的相关因素。方法选择2018年2月至2021年2月于惠济区人民医院产检并分娩的117例GDM孕妇为研究对象,检测新生儿出生后1、4 h的血糖水平,并将患者分为NH组与非NH组,调查并记录两组孕妇及新生儿相关资料,分析GDM孕妇发生NH的影响因素。结果 117例孕妇中,26例发生NH,占22.22%(26/117);NH组患者剖宫产占比、血清糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)水平高于无NH组患者,血清SOD水平低于无NH组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经logistic回归分析,结果显示,剖宫产、血清HbAlc过表达是GDM孕妇发生NH的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05),血清SOD高表达是GDM孕妇发生NH的保护因素(OR<1,P<0.05)。结论剖宫产、血清HbAlc过表达是GDM孕妇发生NH的危险因素,血清SOD高表达是GDM孕妇发生NH的保护因素。
Objective To analyze the related factors of neonatal hypoglycemia(NH)in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods One hundred and seventeen pregnant women with GDM who underwent prenatal examination and delivered in Huiji District People’s Hospital from February 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The blood glucose levels 1 hour and 4 hours after birth were measured and the patients were divided into NH group and non NH group.The relevant data of pregnant women and newborns in the two groups were investigated and recorded,and the influencing factors of NH in pregnant women with GDM were analyzed.Results Among 117 pregnant women,26 cases developed NH,accounting for 22.22%(26/117).Compared with non NH group,the proportion of cesarean section and the level of serum HbAlc were higher than those of NH group and the level of serum SOD was lower than that of NH group(P<0.05).Through logistic regression analysis,the results showed that cesarean section and serum HbAlc overexpression were the risk factors for NH in pregnant women with GDM(OR>1,P<0.05),and the high expression of serum SOD was the protective factor of NH in pregnant women with GDM(OR<1,P<0.05).Conclusion Cesarean section and serum HbAlc overexpression are the risk factors of NH in pregnant women with GDM,and the high expression of serum SOD is a protective factor for NH in pregnant women with GDM.
