祛痰通阳汤联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭气虚血瘀证的效果

Effects of Qutan Tongyang Decoction Combined with Sacubitril Valsartan in the Treatment of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome of Chronic Heart Failure

目的探讨祛痰通阳汤联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭气虚血瘀证的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月商丘市第三人民医院收治的82例慢性心力衰竭气虚血瘀证患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(41例)和观察组(41例)。对照组接受沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用祛痰通阳汤。两组连续治疗4周,比较两组治疗效果,比较两组治疗前、治疗4周的血清学指标[基质金属蛋白酶-2 (MMP-2)、金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)、血清N-末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)]和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗4周,观察组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗4周,两组MMP-2、NT-proBNP水平均低于治疗前,TIMP-1水平高于治疗前,且观察组MMP-2、NT-proBNP水平低于对照组,TIMP-1水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论祛痰通阳汤联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭气虚血瘀证患者效果显著,可改善患者心功能。

Objective To explore the application effect of Qutan Tongyang Decoction combined with sacubitril valsartan in the treatment of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 82 patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of chronic heart failure who were treated in the Third People’s Hospital of Shangqiu from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected,they were divided into control group(41 cases)and observation group(41 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with sacubitril valsartan,and the observation group was treated with Qutan Tongyang Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks,the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.serum indexes[matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2),tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1),serum N-temrina pro-barin natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and 4 weeks after treatment.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of MMP-2 and NT-proBNP of the two groups were lower than those of before treatment,and the level of TIMP-1 was higher than that of before treatment,and the levels of MMP-2 and NT-proBNP of observation group were lower than those of control group,and the level of TIMP-1 was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Qutan Tongyang Decoction combined with sacubitril valsartan has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of chronic heart failure,which can improve cardiac function of patients and has high safety.
