血小板微粒表面CD62p在缺血性脑卒中中的检测价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨血小板微粒表面CD62p在缺血性脑卒中中的检测价值。方法选取2019年8月至2020年8月郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院收治的30例缺血性脑卒中患者(缺血性脑卒中组)、30例具有脑卒中高危因素患者(高危因素组)及30例正常体检者(对照组)作为研究对象,检测各组人群血小板微粒表面CD62p的表达水平并进行比较。应用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评价CD62p对缺血性脑卒中的临床应用价值。结果缺血性脑卒中组、高危因素组及对照组人群体内血小板微粒表面CD62p表达水平依次为(59.52±8.10)%、(10.43±2.63)%和(7.14±1.42)%,两两比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。由ROC曲线可知,血小板微粒表面CD62p用来诊断缺血性脑卒中和预测脑卒中风险的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为1.000和0.869。结论血小板微粒表面CD62p可用于诊断缺血性脑卒中和预测脑卒中风险,对缺血性脑卒中的防控有重要应用价值。 Objective To investigate the value of CD62p on the surface of platelet microparticles in ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 30 patients with ischemic stroke(ischemic stroke group),30 patients with high risk factors for stroke(high risk factors for stroke group),and 30 healthy people(control group)who were treated in Luoyang Central Hospital of Zhengzhou University from August 2019 to August 2020 were taken as the research objects.The levels of CD62p on the surface of platelet microparticles in each group were detected and compared.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to evaluate the clinical application value of CD62p in ischemic stroke.Results The levels of CD62p on the surface of platelet microparticles were(59.52±8.10)%,(10.43±2.63)%and(7.14±1.42)%in ischemic stroke group,high risk factors for stroke group and control group.The two comparisons showed that the difference was statistically significant.According to the ROC curve,the area under the curve(AUC)of CD62p on the surface of platelet particles used to diagnose ischemic stroke and predict the risk of stroke were 1.000 and 0.869,respectively.Conclusion CD62p on the surface of platelet microparticles can be used to diagnose ischemic stroke and predict the risk of stroke and has important application value for the prevention and control of ischemic stroke.
