多学科联合失效模式与效应分析在留取痰培养标本过程中的应用

Application of Multidisciplinary Failure Mode and Effect Analysis in the Retention and Collection of Sputum Culture Specimens

目的探讨多学科联合失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)在留取痰培养标本过程中的应用效果。方法选取2020年9—12月郑州大学第一附属医院呼吸内一科二病区收治的60例患者纳入对照组,留取痰培养标本数为168个;选取2021年1—4月郑州大学第一附属医院呼吸内一科二病区收治的的60例患者纳入观察组,留取痰培养标本数为172个。对照组接受一般注意事项宣传。在对照组基础上,观察组接受多学科联合的FMEA管理模式的健康宣教。观察两组患者留取痰培养标本的合格率、培养结果的阳性率及实施FMEA前后失效模式的优先风险指数(RPN)值。结果观察组留取痰培养标本的合格率和痰培养结果的阳性率高于对照组(P<0.05);采用FMEA后,失效模式的RPN均低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论多学科联合的FMEA管理模式提高了痰培养标本留取的合格率。

Objective To discuss the application effect of multidisciplinary joint failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)in the retention and collection of sputum culture specimens.Methods A total of 60 patients who were treated in the Second Ward of Respiratory DepartmentⅠin the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September to December 2020 were selected as control group,and the number of sputum culture was 168.A total of 60 patients in the Second Ward of Respiratory DepartmentⅠin the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January to April 2021 were selected as observation group,and the number of sputum culture was 172.The control group accepted general precautions publicity.On the basis of the control group,the observation group accepted multi-disciplinary FMEA management mode health education.The qualified rate of sputum culture,the positive rate of culture results and the risk priority number(RPN)value of failure mode before and after FMEA were observed.Results The qualified rate of sputum culture and the positive rate of sputum culture in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After FMEA,the RPN value of failure mode was lower than that before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-disciplinary FMEA management mode improves the qualified rate of sputum culture retention.
