Relationship Between Delivery Fear and Family Resilience in Pregnant Women with Placenta Previa

目的分析前置胎盘孕妇分娩恐惧与家庭复原力的关系。方法选择2019年2月至2021年3月于驻马店市中心医院产检并确诊的113例前置胎盘孕妇为研究对象。分娩前1周,采用分娩恐惧量表评估孕妇分娩恐惧程度,采用家庭复原力评估量表评估其家庭复原力水平,调查并记录孕妇相关资料,用logistic回归分析检验前置胎盘孕妇分娩恐惧与家庭复原力的关系。结果全部113例孕妇中,47例为中高度组,占41.59%(47/113);中高度组孕妇家庭复原力水平低于轻度组孕妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经logistic回归分析,结果显示,家庭复原力水平低与前置胎盘孕妇分娩恐惧程度高(分娩恐惧量表评分高)有关(P<0.05)。结论前置胎盘孕妇分娩恐惧与家庭复原力有关,较好的家庭复原力有利于减轻孕妇分娩恐惧程度。

Objective To analyze the relationship between delivery fear and family resilience in pregnant women with placenta previa.Methods One hundred and thirteen pregnant women with placenta previa diagnosed by prenatal examination in Zhumadian Central Hospital from February 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects.One week before delivery,the fear of delivery scale was used to evaluate the fear of delivery of pregnant women,and the family resilience assessment scale was used to assess their family resilience level.The relevant data of pregnant women were investigated and recorded.Logistic regression analysis was used to test the relationship between delivery fear and family resilience in pregnant women with placenta previa.Results Among the 113 pregnant women,47 were in the medium height group,accounting for 41.59%(47/113).The level of family resilience of pregnant women in the medium and high group was lower than that in the mild group(P<0.05).Through logistic regression analysis,the results showed that low level of family resilience was related to the high degree of delivery fear(high score of delivery fear scale)in pregnant women with placenta previa(P<0.05).Conclusion The fear of delivery in pregnant women with placenta previa is related to family resilience.Better family resilience is helpful to reduce the delivery fear of pregnant women.
