通经调脏推拿法联合耳穴压豆在2型糖尿病中的应用效果

Effects of Massage Method of Dredging Meridians and Regulating Viscera Combined with Pressing Beans at Ear Acupoint in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨通经调脏推拿法联合耳穴压豆对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的治疗效果。方法选取2019年4月至2021年4月柘城中医院收治的144例T2DM患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(72例)与观察组(72例)。两组均接受常规治疗,对照组接受通经调脏推拿法治疗,观察组接受通经调脏推拿法联合耳穴压豆治疗,两组均治疗2个月。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗2个月时的中医证候评分、血糖相关指标[空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]水平;比较两组治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果治疗2个月时,两组中医证候评分及FPG、HbA1c水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组均未出现不良反应。结论通经调脏推拿法联合耳穴压豆治疗T2DM可降低患者中医证候积分,改善血糖水平。

Objective To explore the effects of massage method of dredging meridians and regulating viscera combined with pressing beans at ear acupoint in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 144 patients with T2DM treated in Zhecheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group(72 cases)and observation group(72 cases)according to the random number table method.Both groups received routine treatment.The control group received massage method of dredging meridians and regulating viscera and the observation group received massage method of dredging meridians and regulating viscera combined with pressing beans at ear acupoint.All patients were treated for 2 months.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,blood glucose related indexes[fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)]were compared between the two groups before and 2 months after treatment.The adverse reactions during treatment in the two groups were compared.Results After 2 months’treatment,the TCM syndrome score,FPG and HbA1c levels of the two groups were lower than those of before treatment,and the TCM syndrome score,FPG and HbA1c levels of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).There was no adverse reactions between the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion Massage method of dredging meridians and regulating viscera combined with pressing beans at ear acupoint can reduce the score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of T2DM patients,improve the plasma glucose level of patients and with high security.
