摘要
目的对滨州市滨城区2020年学龄儿童及孕妇碘营养状况进行分析,为科学指导碘摄入提供理论依据。方法在辖区6个乡镇办随机抽取8岁~10岁学龄儿童390人和孕妇147人,按照《尿中碘的测定第1部分:砷铈催化分光光度法(WS/T 107.1-2016)》进行尿碘监测。结果2020年滨城区学龄儿童尿碘中位数为183.0μg/L,尿碘<50μg/L样本占5.90%,<100μg/L样本占19.75%,其中男生203人,尿碘中位数为199.0μg/L,女生187人,尿碘中位数为151.5 μg/L,不同性别学生尿碘水平分布差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=16.55,P<0.05)。孕妇尿碘中位数为73.1μg/L,尿碘<150μg/L样本占82.99%。结论2020年滨城区8岁~10岁学龄儿童尿碘中位数及尿碘频数分布均达到了国家消除碘缺乏病的标准。孕妇碘缺乏较为严重,存在健康风险,应引起高度重视。针对不同人群、个体应采取针对性干预措施,加强健康教育,指导居民科学补碘。
Objective The iodine nutritional status of school-age children and pregnant women in Bincheng District of Binzhou Cily in 2020 was analyzed to provide theoretical basis for scientifie guidance of iodine intake.Methods A total of 390 school-age children aged 8-10 years and 147 pregnant women were randonly selected from 6 townships of the administrative area ol Bincheng District.Urine idine was monitored according to Determination of lodine in Urine-Part 1;Arsenic-Cerium Cata-lytic Spectrophotomery(WS/T 107.1-2016).Results In 2020,the median urine iodine of school-age children in Bincheng District was 183.0μg/L,5.90%of which were urine iodine<50μg/L and 19.75%of which were urine iodine<100μg/L.There were 203 boys with a median of 199.0μg/L.and 187 girls with a median of 151.5μg/L.There was statistical signifi-cance on the diference in the distribution of urinary iodine levels between dfferent genders(χ^(2)=16.55,P<0.05).The medi-an urinary iodine of pregnant women was 73.1μug/L,and urine iodine<150μg/L accounted for 82.99%。Conclusion In 2020,the median urinary iodine and the frequency distrbution of urinary iodine among school-age children aged8 to 10 in Bincheng District had reached the national standards for eliminating iodine deficiency disorders.'The iodine deficiency of pregnant women was more serious,and there were health risks,which should arouse great atention.Targeted intervention measures should be taken for different groups and individuals to strengthen health education and guide residents to replenish iodine scientifically.
