摘要
目的分析聋儿植入奥地利人工耳蜗后电极阻抗变化特征,探讨电极阻抗与电极位置的关系,指导术后人工耳蜗调试。方法对105例年龄6个月~14周岁、内耳正常的Med-EL SONATA人工耳蜗正常全植入患儿,分别测试其术中、术后开机时及术后2、3、6、12个月的电极阻抗值,对其不同时间、不同位置阻抗变化规律进行统计学分析。结果术中、开机时、术后不同时期电极阻抗值均在正常值范围内,电极阻抗值总体表现为术中最低,开机时最高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),开机后逐渐下降,术后6个月与术后1年阻抗值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同时期同一位置电极阻抗比较,均为术中最低,开机时最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),随后下降趋于平稳;同一时期不同位置电极阻抗值比较,均为蜗顶段电极阻抗值最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本组奥地利人工耳蜗正常全植入者其电极阻抗值均在正常范围内,电极阻抗总体变化趋势为术中最低,开机时最高,随后下降,术后6月时趋于稳定;耳蜗底、中、顶回电极阻抗变化大体相似;术后1年内均为蜗顶段电极阻抗值最高。
Objective To investigate the changes of electrode impedance in Med-EL Cochlear implant after implantation and the relationship between the electrode impedance and the electrode position.Methods A total of 105 acbjeds(6 month~14 years old with nomal inner ear)received Med-EL SONATA cochlear implant were in cluded in this study.The electrode impedance were measured during operation and at 1,2,3,6 and 12 months after the operation.Patterns of changes and their correlations were analyzed.Results All electrode impedance was normal.Electrode impedance was at its lowestduring the operation and highest at at startup,followed by a gradual decrease.Electrode impedance was not significantly different at different locations.There was no statistically significant difference between the impedance values 6 months after the operation and 1 year after the operation(P>0.05).The electrode impedance at the same position in different periods was the lowest during the operation and the highest at startup,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and then the decrease tended to be stable.The impedance values of electrodes at different positions in the same period were the highest at the apex of the cochlea(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall change trend of electrode impedance is the lowest during the operation,the highest at startup,then decreases,and tends to be stable at 6 months after the operation.The impedance change of each segment is similar to that of the whole electrode.The electrode impedance of the apex of the cochlea was the highest within 1 year after the operation.
