基于护理信息化的输血流程环节控制

目的利用信息化技术将输血标准嵌入输血流程操作系统,实现过程标准化管理及质量监控。方法在移动护理信息系统中建立输血系统模块,根据输血标准设置流程规则,对关键环节进行预先智能提示、对关键环节点数据进行监控和反馈,实现输血过程环节控制。结果信息化的应用规范了输血流程,护士交叉配血操作、输血操作双人核对率均达到了100.0%,输血时限要求合格率由87.0%上升至99.6%,输血过程观察记录规范率由91.0%升至100.0%,输血不良反应发生率也由6.9%下降至5.0%。结论基于护理信息化的输血流程,实现了输血过程面及结果面的精准质控,减少了人为因素造成的输血错误,保证了输血过程更加科学、安全。

Objective To use information technology to embed blood transfusion standards into the blood transfusion process operating system to achieve process standardization management and quality monitoring.Methods The blood transfusion system module was established in the mobile nursing information system,and the flow rules were set according to the blood transfusion standard.The key links were pre-intelligent prompts,and the key loop node data were monitored and feedback to realize the blood transfusion process control.Results The application of information technology standardized the blood transfusion process.The cross-matching rate of nurses′blood matching operation and blood transfusion operation reached 100.0%,the qualified rate of blood transfusion time limit increased from 87.0%to 99.6%,the norm rate of blood transfusion process observation increased from 91.0%to 100.0%,and the incidence of adverse reactions of transfusion was also From 6.9%to 5.0%.Conclusion Based on the blood transfusion process of nursing informationization,the precise quality control of the blood transfusion process surface and the result surface is realized,the blood transfusion error caused by human factors is reduced,and the blood transfusion process is more scientific and safe.
