中小学“校闹”防控机制构建的实践探索——以J省为例

摘要 近年来,由学校安全事故等引发的“校闹”事件频现,且倍受全社会关注。这不仅揭示出学校管理中存在诸多安全隐患,也凸显了我国教育事业发展中的短板,给学校管理工作带来巨大的挑战。因此,增强学校的风险防控意识、提高对突发性事件的处置能力、建立长效防控机制已成为政府和学校所面临的一项重要任务。通过对J省试点区域中小学“校闹”典型案例进行剖析,可梳理“校闹”防控工作的样态呈现及症结,进而提出J省“校闹”防控机制构建的关键点。 In recent years,“school disturbance”incidents caused by school safety accidents appear frequently,and it has been concerned by the whole society.This not only reveals the existence of many safety risks in school management,but also highlights the shortcomings in the education development in our country,which has brought great challenges to school management.Therefore,it has become an important task for the government and schools to enhance their awareness of risk prevention and control,improve their ability to deal with emergencies and establish a long-term prevention and control mechanism.Through the analysis of typical cases of“school disturbance”in primary and secondary school in pilot regions of J Province,this study sorted out the patterns and problems of“school disturbance”prevention and control work,so as to put forward the key points of building the prevention and control mechanism of“school disturbance”in J Province.
