摘要 学生发展指导作为新时代推进普通高中育人方式改革的重要手段,已经成为今后一段时期内我国高中阶段人才培养的重要方式。笔者用调研的方法,将学校领导、教师、学生、家长作为学生发展指导的研究对象,多层次、多渠道地了解吉林省高中阶段学生发展指导现状,分析学生发展指导的特点和需要,准确定位学生发展指导的具体目标,推动本地普通高中有效开展学生发展指导。同时,配合高中育人方式改革,为吉林省新高考改革相关配套政策的内容补充,提供参考依据。 As an important means to promote the reform of ordinary high school education methods in The New Era,student development guidance has become an important method for the training of talents at the high school stage in our country for a period of time in the future.The author uses the method of investigation and research,and takes school leaders,teachers,students and parents as the research objects of student development guidance.Through investigation and research,we can understand the status quo of the development guidance of senior high school students in Jilin Province through multiple levels and channels,and analyze the characteristics and needs of students'development.Positioning the specific goals of promoting student development guidance,in order to promote the effective implementation of student development guidance in local ordinary high schools,to cooperate with the reform of high school education methods,and to provide a reference for the supplementation of relevant supporting policies for the new college entrance examination reform in Jilin Province.
