城乡融合背景下的沈阳近郊区县乡振模式探究——以沈北新区为例

Research on the Vibration Mode of Counties and Villages in the Suburbs of Shenyang under the Background of Urban-rural Integration: Take Shenbei New District as an Example

加强城乡间的有机联系,推动城乡融合发展与城乡发展一体化,实现融合提升与要素转化是推进新时代乡村振兴的有效途径。本文立足沈阳近郊沈北新区当前所处的区位优势与发展机遇,以解决“三农”问题为出发点,牢固树立“大统筹、大城乡、大融合、大振兴”发展观,以构建乡旅网络、统筹空间资源为目标,寻求多规引领下的城乡要素融合发展,形成平等化、网络化、多元化体系的扁平模式,从而逐步形成富有地域特色的沈北乡镇发展路径。
