随着现代化城市建设的不断推进,市政工程得到了社会各界的广泛关注,尤其是其施工过程中的质量监管。但目前国内的市政工程质量管理意识仍待加强,市政工程建设施工单位应强化员工的质量安全意识,明确施工管理责任,健全施工管理制度,加强细目施工管理,强化施工各环节及施工现场的管控,促进市政工程建设管理质量提高,促进企业持续高效发展。基于此,本文主要分析了市政工程质量管理存在的问题及应对措施。

With the continuous advancement of modern city construction,municipal engineering has received extensive attention from all walks of life,especially the quality supervision in the construction process.However,the current domestic municipal engineering quality management awareness still needs to be strengthened.The municipal engineering construction unit should strengthen the quality and safety awareness of employees,clarify the construction management responsibilities,improve the construction management system,strengthen detailed construction management,and strengthen the management and control of each link of the construction and the construction site,To promote the improvement of the quality of municipal engineering construction management,and promote the sustainable and efficient development of enterprises.Based on this,this article mainly analyzes the existing problems and countermeasures of municipal engineering quality management.
