灵活就业人员工伤保险研究

摘要 我国灵活就业人员迟迟未能参与工伤保险,这使其部分劳动权益得不到保障。随着灵活就业人员规模的不断扩大,将其纳入工伤保险的呼声越来越高。通过提高灵活就业者自我保障意识、健全灵活就业人员社会保险制度和鼓励灵活就业人员参与商业人身保险等手段,可以在时机成熟时,使该群体参加工伤社会保险,这将是我国社会保险制度改革走出的重要一步。 China's flexible employees have been unable to participate in work-related injury insurance for a long time,which makes some of their labor rights and interests unprotected.With the continuous expansion of the number of flexible employees,the call for them to be included in work-related injury insurance is increasing.By improving the self-protection awareness of flexible employees,improving the social insurance system for flexible employees,and encouraging flexible employees to participate in commercial life insurance,when the time is right,this group can be enrolled in work-related injury social insurance.This will be the reform of China's social insurance system.An important step forward.
