基于BIM的全过程工程咨询模式研究

Research on BIM-based Whole Process Engineering Consulting Mode

国内于2017年全面普及全过程工程咨询模式,众多企业纷纷参与实践。本文将以全过程工程咨询作为研究对象,将BIM技术用在全过程工程咨询管理,分析咨询问题,展开BIM使用需求的全环境考虑,研究使用必要性。应用WBS对各个阶段工作流程、工作内容进行分解,使用案例手段,对BIM技术使用方式进行研究。围绕全过程工程咨询需要和方法,合理设计BIM全过程工程咨询结构,为我国的全过程工程咨询对BIM技术使用提供参考。

The whole-process engineering consulting model was fully popularized in China in 2017,and many companies have participated in the practice.This article will take the whole process engineering consulting as the research object,use BIM technology in the whole process engineering consulting management,analyze the consulting problems,develop the whole environment consideration of BIM use requirements,and study the necessity of use.Use WBS to decompose the work process and content of each stage,and use case methods to study the use of BIM technology.Based on the needs and methods of whole-process engineering consulting,rationally design the BIM whole-process engineering consulting structure to provide a reference for the use of BIM technology in the whole-process engineering consulting of China.
