Design and Application of Automatic Slip Conveying Device on Heavy Raise Drilling Rig

上卡瓦是反井钻机拆卸钻杆时用来夹持住钻杆,限制钻杆与动力头的相对旋转的一种工具。重型反井钻机配套使用的上卡瓦重量大,人力搬运安装和拆卸困难,严重影响劳动效率。本文设计了一种用于重型反井钻机的上卡瓦自动输送装置,可将上卡瓦组件自动输送至工作位置,可满足重型反井钻机拆卸钻杆使用要求,对降低劳动强度、提高劳动效率作用明显。

The upper slip is a tool used to clamp the drill pipe and restrict the relative rotation of the drill pipe and the power head when the raise rig is disassembling the drill pipe.The upper slips used with heavy raise drilling rigs are heavy in weight and difficult to handle,install and disassemble manually,which seriously affects labor efficiency.This paper designs an automatic upper slip conveying device for heavy raise drilling rigs,which can automatically convey upper slip components to the working position,which can meet the requirements for the use of heavy raise drilling rigs to disassemble the drill pipe,and reduce labor intensity and increase labor.The efficiency effect is obvious.
