摘要
在国家推进钢铁行业绿色化改造以及双碳目标的约束下,提高高炉炉料球团矿的比例是碳减排的重要技术路径,球团矿的生产将在我国进一步发展。基于减污降碳的当前背景,本文从球团烟气NO_(x)的生成机理及排放规律出发,给出了球团常用的NO_(x)控制技术,并重点对链箅机-回转窑球团前置SCR脱硝工艺技术的特点和应用中应关注的问题进行了分析。
Under the restriction of promotion of green reconstruction of National iron and steel industry and dual carbon target,it shall be an important technological route in carbon emission reduction by upgrading the percentage of blast furnace ball ore,production of pellet ore will be further developed in China.Based on the current background of pollutants reducing and carbon reduction,starting from generation mechanism and emission rules of pellet flue gas NO_(x),the article has presented pellet commonly-used NO_(x) control technology,with focus on the analysis of engineering features of Chain Grate-Rotary kiln pellet preposition SCR denitration and concerned question during application.
