摘要
介绍了河钢邯宝炼铁厂360 m^(2)烧结机配套烟气选择性循环净化与余热利用系统设计及改造过程,通过配建烟气选择性循环系统,实现了烧结工艺污染物的源头减排和过程控制,在提产的同时实现了超低排放和节能降耗,也为钢铁行业污染物超低排放提供了新的技术路线,将促进钢铁行业烧结烟气节能减排相关技术产业的发展。
It has been introduced of design and reconstruction of selective circulation purification and utilization of after heat system which forming a complete set of 360 m^(2) sintering machine of Hanbao Iron-making Factory of Hegang Group,by construction of flue gas selective circulation system,sourcing emission reduction and process control of sintering engineering pollutants can be realized,and while raising of production,ultra low emission and energy saving and consumption reduction shall be realized in parallel,also new technology route shall be provided for ultra low emission of pollutants of iron and steel industry,which shall promote the development of associated technical industry in relation with sintering flue gas energy saving and emission reduction of iron and steel industry.
