摘要 目前国内污泥干化处置技术不同技术流派分别实现落地应用。应用较为广泛的常温深度脱水技术和间接式热干化技术均存在一定的缺点。本文通过污泥常温深度脱水和间接式热干化工艺的紧密结合,研发污泥联合干化处置系统,为大幅降低污泥处置运营成本,实现污泥减量化、无害化、稳定化、资源化处理的最佳途径提供一种选择。 At present,different technical schools of sludge drying treatment technology in China have been applied on the ground respectively.There are some disadvantages in the widely used room temperature deep dehydration technology and indirect thermal drying technology.Through the close combination of sludge deep dehydration at room temperature and indirect thermal drying process,the sludge combined drying disposal system is developed to provide a choice for greatly reducing the operation cost of sludge disposal and realizing the best way of sludge reduction,harmless,stabilization and resource treatment.At present,different sludge drying treatment technology has blossomingedin domestic.The widely used technology areisdeep dewatering technology and indirect heat drying technology,but both have some disadvantages.In this paper,through the combination of deep sludge dewatering and indirect heat drying technology,the sludge combined drying disposal system is developed.It provides a choice for greatly reducing the operation cost of sludge disposal and realizing the optimal way of sludge reduction,harmless,stabilization and resource ecological treatment.
