摘要 基于当前AAO-MBR工艺高排放标准,城镇污水处理厂普遍存在运行能耗较高和出水氮磷偶尔不达标问题。本文以某典型AAO-MBR工艺污水处理厂为例,研究了调整进水方式和内回流比等工况条件下处理效果,还分析了控制曝气量后整个工艺系统内能耗和单元能耗等变化。结果表明,分段进水能有效增加生物脱氮能力,有效控制内回流比将有助于强化系统整体的硝化效果,工艺优化且有效实现节能。 In view of the practical problems of high operating energy consumption and occasional non-compliance of effluent nitrogen and phosphorus in urban sewage treatment plants with high discharge standards of aao-mbr process,based on stable compliance and energy saving and consumption reduction,taking a typical aao-mbr process sewage treatment plant as an example,the treatment effect under working conditions such as adjusting inlet mode and internal reflux ratio was studied.In addition,the changes of energy consumption and unit energy consumption in the whole process system after controlling the aeration rate are also analyzed.The results show that staged influent can effectively increase the biological nitrogen removal capacity;Effectively controlling the internal reflux ratio will help to strengthen the overall nitrification effect of the system;Process optimization will also effectively achieve energy saving.
