摘要
垃圾焚烧污染物酸性气体主要是硫化物、氯化氢等成分,为保证烟气的达标排放,目前垃圾发电项目烟气净化主流脱酸工艺都是用的旋转喷雾半干法配合干法工艺。但为保证雾化器故障期间污染物达标排放,可通过增加反应塔喷淋系统,证明最终实现雾化器故障停运状况下仍能达标排放的效果,为其他垃圾焚烧项目提供借鉴。
Waste incineration pollutants acid gas is mainly sulfide,hydrogen chloride and other ingredients.In order to ensure the discharge of flue gas to meet the standard,the mainstream deacidification process of waste gas power generation projects is rotary spray semi dry process combined with dry process.However,in order to ensure the standard discharge of pollutants during the failure of the atomizer,the spray system of the reaction tower can be added to prove that the standard discharge can be achieved under the failure and shutdown of the atomizer,so as to provide reference for other waste incineration projects.
