智慧体育教学改革中处方式教学模式的应用研究——以电子科技大学中山学院为例 被引量:5

摘要 该文将学生体质健康锻炼的内容与传统的体育教学相结合,以电子科技大学一、二年级本科学生为研究对象,从大学生体质健康的实际情况出发,结合《国家学生体质健康标准》,在该校的体育教学中进行了运动处方教学模式的对比实验。实验结果说明,处方式教学不仅有助于学生身体素质指标和参与课外体育活动兴趣的提高,还可以提升学生运动技能水平,由此可见,将处方式教学融入高校体育教学改革,有以下优势:(1)深化体育教学改革,明确教学目的;(2)全面增强学生体质健康水平,加强健康意识的培养;(3)完善现有的教学评价体系;(4)促进终身体育理念的建立。 This paper combines the content of students'physical health exercise with traditional physical education teaching,takes the first and second year undergraduate students of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China as the research object,starting from the actual situation of college students'physical health and combined with The National Students'Physical Health Standard,carries out a comparative experiment on the teaching mode of sports prescription in the physical education teaching of the university.The experimental results show that treatment teaching can not only improve students'physical quality indicators and interest in participating in extracurricular sports activities,but also improve students'sports skills.It can be seen that the integration of treatment teaching into college physical education reform has the following advantages:(1)deepen physical education reform and clarify the teaching purpose;(2)comprehensively enhance students'physical health level and strengthen the cultivation of health consciousness;(3)improve the existing teaching evaluation system;(4)promote the establishment of the concept of lifelong sports.
