新冠疫情防控常态化背景下太原市体育场馆运营状况调查

Investigation on the Operation of Sports Venues in Taiyuan City under the Background of Normalization of COVID-19 Prevention and Control

为探讨新冠疫情背景下体育场馆经营的危机与应对措施,寻找体育场馆业未来的发展机遇与方向,该文综合运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、比较分析法和专家访谈法等,研究疫情给体育场馆运营带来的影响,提出合理的建议与参考。在调查中发现,新冠疫情给不同运营主体的体育场馆带来了不同程度的影响,其存在资金和相关培训业务恢复压力大、抗风险能力不强、资金链不充裕、业务形式单一、危机发生时应对不充分等问题。基于此,该文提出了以下建议:体育场馆应开发场馆运营新模式,引入先进管理模式;发展“线上+线下”体育消费新业态;持有一定的危机意识,能对特殊情况做出及时反应;加快智慧场馆建设,用科技助力场馆发展等。

In order to explore the crisis and countermeasures of sports venues in the background of COVID-19,and to find out the opportunities and directions for future development of the sports industry,this paper comprehensively studies the impact of the epidemic on sports venues by means of literature,logical analysis,comparative analysis and expert interviews,and puts forward reasonable suggestions and references.It is found in the survey that COVID-19 has brought different degrees of influence on different sports venues.There are problems in the existence of funds and related training business,such as the pressure to recover pressure,the lack of risk resistance,the insufficient capital chain,the single business form,and the lack of grading when the crisis happens.Based on this,this paper puts forward that stadiums and gymnasiums should develop a new mode of venue operation and introduce advanced management mode;Develop a new format of"online+offline"sports consumption;Have a certain sense of crisis and be able to respond to special situations in time;Suggestions on accelerating the construction of smart venues and using science and technology to help the development of venues.
