转录因子在大肠癌中的作用研究进展

Research progress on the role of transcription factors in colorectal cancer

大肠癌是全球范围内广泛分布的恶性肿瘤之一。在分子水平上,大肠癌的发生是多种分子相互作用的结果,其中,转录因子是参与基因转录,翻译和表达的重要蛋白质分子,可以通过特异性地结合相应靶基因或蛋白从而调节基因的表达。近年来,研究表明转录因子在大肠癌的发生和转移过程中起着非常重要的作用。因此,本文对近几年来转录因子在大肠癌中的作用研究做一综述。

Colorectal cancer is one of the malignant tumors widely distributed worldwide.The occurrence of colorectal cancer is the result of multiple molecular interactions at the molecular level,among which transcription factors are important protein molecules involved in gene transcription,translation,and expression.They can regulate gene expression by specifically binding to corresponding target genes or proteins.In recent years,studies have shown that transcription factors play a very important role in the development and metastasis of colorectal cancer.Therefore,this article reviews the role of transcription factors in colorectal cancer in recent years.
