摘要
CAN总线是现代工业控制局域网中应用最广泛的标准总线,传统的单核结构低压断路器的系统数据处理能力差,导致高速数据通信容易出现数据帧丢失问题。基于ARM+FPGA的双核结构设计了一种带监控功能的CAN总线低压智能断路器,采用专用处理器FPGA通过CAN总线对电源电路、电源转换电路和采样电路进行数据处理与实时监控,从而保障高速数据传输的准确性与安全性。
CAN bus is the most widely used standard bus in modern industrial control LAN.The traditional single-core structure low-voltage circuit breaker has poor system data processing capabilities,resulting in high-speed data communication prone to data frame loss.Based on the dual core structure of ARM+FPGA,a CAN Bus low-voltage intelligent circuit breaker with monitoring function is designed in this paper.The special processor FPGA is used to process and monitor the data of power supply circuit,power conversion circuit and sampling circuit through CAN bus,so as to ensure the accuracy and safety of high-speed data transmission.
