摘要
为解决传统10 kV电力施工稳定承载力低的问题,提出户外电缆终端制作平台在10 kV电力施工中的应用,设置杆塔基础,实施立杆组立,将户外电缆终端制作平台安装于杆塔上,形成多层结构,安装悬式绝缘子,架设导线,完成10 kV电力施工。设计实例结果表明设计的施工方法施工稳定承载力最高为887.525 MPa,实验对照组为414.378 MPa,应用户外电缆终端制作平台,能够解决传统10 kV电力施工稳定承载力低的问题。
In order to solve the problem of low stability and bearing capacity of traditional 10 kV power construction,the application of outdoor cable terminal production platform in 10 kV power construction is proposed.The tower foundation is set up,the pole assembly is implemented,the outdoor cable terminal production platform is installed on the tower to form a multi-layer structure,the suspension insulator is installed,the conductor is erected,and the 10 kV power construction is completed.The design examples are analyzed and the result shows that the maximum construction stability bearing capacity of the designed construction method is 887.525 MPa,and the experimental control group is 414.378 MPa.The application of outdoor cable terminal platform can solve the problem of low stability bearing capacity of traditional 10 kV power construction.
