新时代民族地区社会治理实践以新问题和新理念互伴而展开。鉴于对传统社会治理模式的反思,共生治理以"人与社会共生"为研究的逻辑起点,通过塑成共生理念、调适共生关系、构建共生模式、重置共生秩序为主要策略回应,能够为新时代民族地区社会治理所面临的公共精神缺失、治理目标与实践的脱嵌、治理资源碎片化、社会潜在风险与复杂社会问题交织等主要困境的解决提供了崭新路径,以此来推动和实现民族地区社会治理的现代化。

In the new era,the practice of social governance in ethnic areas is carried out ac⁃companying both new problems and new ideas.As a reflection to traditional pattern of social gover⁃nance,symbiotic governance,taking the symbiosis of human and society as the logical starting point,adopts main strategical responses as forming symbiosis idea,adjusting symbiotic relationship,construct⁃ing symbiotic pattern,and repositioning symbiotic order.Symbiotic governance can provide a new path for solving major dilemmas such as the lack of public spirit,the disconnection of governance goals and practice,the fragmentation of governance resources,the interweaving of potential social risks with complex social problems and etc.,in terms of social governance in ethnic areas in the new era,so as to promote and realize the modernization of social governance in ethnic areas.
