THE BEHAVIOR REGULATION FUNCTION OF COMMON VALUE SYSTEM ON THE CHINESE NATION COMMUNITY

从传统到现代社会,中华民族的共同价值体系有着源远流长的历史发展根基,各阶段涌现的丰富传统价值观念伴随着中华民族共同体的形成发展得以不断整合重塑。中华民族在长期交往交流交融过程中共创出以中国传统价值观念为基础,以现代价值体系创新性转换为核心,以社会主义核心价值观为主体,具有以下基本品格:天人合一、道法自然的自然观;尊道贵德、教化修养的人文观;和而不同、求同存异的交往观;大道之行、天下为公的家国观的共同价值体系。作为被各民族普遍认同的价值共识,共同价值体系为中华民族提供了共同行动的价值规范和道德准则,是建设中华民族共有精神家园的价值基础,是中华民族共同体的立身之基,生动凸显了对中华民族共同体的行为规范作用。

From traditional society to modern society,the common value system of Chinese na⁃tion has a long-lasting historical development root,and the rich traditional values emerging at vari⁃ous stages have been continuously integrated and reshaped along with the formation and develop⁃ment of the Chinese nation community.In the process of long-term communications and exchanges,the Chinese nation has co-created the common value system taking traditional Chinese values as its foundation,innovative transformation of modern value system as its core,and socialist core values as its main body,possessing the following basic qualities as,the nature view of emphasizing harmonious unity of human and nature as well as following the rules of nature,the humanistic view of respect⁃ing truth and valuing morality and cultivating and educating people,the communication view of har⁃mony but difference and seeking common ground while reserving differences,and the family and country view of the whole world as one community when the great way prevails.As a value consen⁃sus generally recognized by all ethnic groups,the common value system provides Chinese nation with value norms and moral standards for common action,and it is the value foundation for build⁃ing the common spiritual home for Chinese nation and the establishing foundation for Chinese na⁃tion community,vividly highlighting the behavior regulation function on Chinese nation community.
