摘要
基于2013—2020年峡山水库藻类群落监测数据,分析了近年来水库浮游植物的细胞密度和群落结构变化。结果表明,峡山水库4个季节的浮游植物密度含量在2016年水源切换后出现峰值,夏秋季节藻类密度均大于2000×10^(4)个/L,四季浮游藻类群落分布略有不同。目前,水库中浮游植物共7个门、66个属,较往年种类显著增多,其中绿藻门种类最多,29属;硅藻门其次,有17属;蓝藻门8属;裸藻门3属;甲藻门3属;隐藻门2属,金藻门2属。蓝藻门占绝对优势,优势种群多为微囊藻和束丝藻。
The changes of cell density and community structure of phytoplankton were analyzed in detail based on phytoplankton monitoring data in the Xiashan Reservoir from 2013 to 2020.The results showed that the phytoplankton density in four seasons of the Xiashan Reservoir reached the peak after the water sources changed in 2016,and were more than 20 million/L in summer and autumn.The distribution of phytoplankton in four seasons was slightly different.At present,there were 7 phylum and 66 genus of phytoplankton in the reservoir,which were much more than that in previous years.From most to least were Chlorophyta,29 genus;Bacillariophyta,17 genus;Cyanophyta,8 genus;Euglenophyta,3 genus;Dinophyta,3 genus;Cryptphyta,2 genus;Chrysophyta,2 genus.Cyanophyta was the dominant,and most of them were Microcystis and Aphanizomenon.
